Welcome to the Yavapai College CourseSearch.
YC’s CourseSearch is a powerful tool for you to enter just the criteria important to you and rapidly search through hundreds of classes.
The results of your search will display in a summary list, from which you select a class to display full details: description, times, days, instructors, seats available, textbooks, and much more.
Course Types can be selected by any combination of four (4) methods.
- Subject / Department: (ex: English)
- Course ID: (ex: ENG101)
- Section Number: (ex: 074321).
- Keywords: using descriptive words (ex: Sculpture)
Choose the date and time range appropriate for your desired classes. Sessions: Determines the particular semester or term to search. Time Range: Refers to the particular times a class is offered. Date Range: Classes may be offered throughout a session or term. Selecting a specific date range limits search results to only classes offered during that time. Days Offered: Classes will be displayed that include the days you selected, plus any classes that are not day-bound.
Choose the campus location, delivery method and availability of your desired classes. Campus: Selecting a specific campus will limit search results to only those classes offered at that campus location. Delivery Method: Refers to the primary instructional method for the class. Further detail is available here. Availability: Narrows the search to only classes that are open (available seats), closed (enrollment is restricted), or cancelled.
